Discription

The coin has the shape of a circle, on the front and back sides there is a rim along the circumference. The edge of the coin is grained.

Obverse

Within a circle framed by geometric ornament - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; circle inscription at the top: "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); below - the denomination: "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES) on the silver and gold coins, "СТО РУБЛЁЎ" (ONE HUNDRED ROUBLES) on the silver one; at the bottom in the center - the year of coinage (2012), on the left - alloy standard.

Reverse

In the center against the circle - a relief image of the two skiers competing in the race; the inscriptions: at the bottom - "ЛЫЖНЫЯ ГОНКІ" (CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING), in the left-hand side at the top - "АЛІМПІЙСКІЯ ГУЛЬНІ 2014" (2014 OLYMPIC GAMES).
