Discription
The coin has the shape of a circle, on the front and back sides there is a rim along the circumference. The edge of the coin is corrugated.
Obverse
At the top - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; in the center - a relief image of the order of the Patriotic war (enamel of red and white colour on the silver coin); below - the year of coinage, alloy standard (on the silver coin); circle inscription at the top: "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); at the bottom - "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES).
Reverse
In the center - the dates "1945-2005"; at the bottom - moire medal ribbon; in the right-hand side - soviet warriors raising the flag of the Victory on the roof of the Reichstag.
