Discription
The coin has the shape of a circle, on the front and back sides there is a rim along the circumference. The edge of the coin is grained.
Obverse
In the center on the right - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and an inscription: "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); on the left - a relief image of the "Курган Славы" monument (MOUND OF GLORY) and inscriptions: ВІЦЕБСК, МАГІЛЁЎ, МІНСК, ГРОДНА, БРЭСТ (VITEBSK, MOGILEV, MINSK, GRODNO, BREST); circle inscriptions - the denomination: "ДЗЕСЯЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ (TEN ROUBLES) on the silver coin and "АДЗIН РУБЕЛЬ" (ONE ROUBLE) on the copper–nickel one, "АПЕРАЦЫЯ БАГРАЦІЁН" (OPERATION BAGRATION), and the year of issue (alloy standard on the silver coin).
Reverse
On the right – a relief image of the Zakharau G.F. portrait against the background of a battle map; on the left – a circle inscription: "2-I БЕЛАРУСКI ФРОНТ. ЗАХАРАЎ Г.Ф." (THE 2ND BELARUSIAN FRONT. ZAKHARAU G.F.).
