Discription
The coin has the shape of a circle, on the front and back sides there is a rim along the circumference. The edge of the coin is corrugated.
Obverse
At the top in the center - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; in the center of the coin – a logo of Slavianski Bazaar made in a style of dynamic, decorative-font composition; circle inscription at the top: "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); at the bottom - the denomination: "ДЗЕСЯЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TEN ROUBLES) on the silver coin and "АДЗIН РУБЕЛЬ" (ONE ROUBLE) on the copper–nickel one; on the left – the year of coinage, on the right – alloy standard (on the silver coin).
Reverse
In the center - against the background of panorama of the city with recognizable and significant architectural images of Vitebsk - a relief image of a stylized hand extended to a viewer in a trustworthy gesture (palm up) showing the main stage of Slavianski Bazaar - amphitheater, behind it – a note-bluet with petals, turning into birds, with a tower "Dukhovskoi Kruglik" at the background.
