Discription
The coin has the shape of a circle, on the front and back sides there is a rim along the circumference. The edge of the coin is grained.
Obverse
At the top - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and a circle inscription: "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); in the center — a stylized image of the wind rose (the silver coin features a hologram thereon) against the background of the navigation sea chart; circle inscription: at the bottom - denomination: "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES) on the silver coin and "АДЗІН РУБЕЛЬ" (ONE ROUBLE) on the copper–nickel one, to the left of it - the year of coinage, (on the right side of the silver coin - alloy standard and trademark of The Mint of Poland PLC.
Reverse
In the center – a representation of the Dar Pomorza, the longest sailing ship in the world, against the background of the seascape, on the left — an undersized image of this sailing ship (outboard profile); below — an inscription: DAR POMORZA in the original.
