Discription
The coin has the shape of a circle, on the front and back sides there is a rim along the circumference. The edge of the coin is corrugated.
Obverse
Within a circle framed by a geometric ornament - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; below - the year of coinage, alloy standard (on the silver coin); circle inscription at the top: "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); at the bottom - "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES) on the silver coin and "АД3IН РУБЕЛЬ" (ONE ROUBLE) on the copper–nickel one.
Reverse
In the center - a stylized image of a bicycle track with the moving cyclists thereon; below - the inscription: ВЕЛАСПОРТ (CYCLING). On the silver coin - a hologram on the wheel of one of the bicycles.
