Discription

The coin has the shape of a circle, on the front and back sides there is a rim along the circumference. The edge of the coins bears inscription "УМАЦАВАННЕ І АБАРОНА ДЗЯРЖАВЫ" (FORTIFICATION AND DEFENDING THE STATE).

Obverse

At the top – a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and a circle inscription: "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); in the center – the image of a parchment with a stamp and a macehead as a symbol of the Hetman’s power; at the bottom – the denomination: "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ"(TWENTY ROUBLES) on the silver coin and "АДЗІН РУБЕЛЬ" (ONE ROUBLE) on the copper-nickel one, the year of coinage; and on the right side of the silver coin — alloy standard .

Reverse

In the center - a relief image of Kanstantsin Astrozhski, on the right – the State Emblem of the Astrozhski family, and a circle inscription: "КАНСТАНЦІН АСТРОЖСКІ" (KANSTANTSIN ASTROZHSKI) and the years of his life: 1460 - 1530.
